Our stay in the King Room Non-Smoking was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, check-in took longer than expected, dampening our arrival.

Staff made our breakfast experience delightful with their attention to detail and variety of fresh options. Despite the clean and comfortable ambiance, check-in was slower than expected, affecting our welcome.

i almost gave this place a good review, but then i remembered my room had a clogged toilet, how delightful. and waking up at 8:30 to an eager cleaner? an absolute joy, truly. just one little upgrade would have been perfect, but alas, i guess only the lucky ones get that. i mean, it’s only basic hospitality.

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn in Kennewick. The room provided a comfortable sleeping arrangement with clean linens and a nice flat-screen TV for entertainment. Breakfast options were varied and included freshly made items, which I appreciated. The staff at the front desk were not only quick during check-in, but they also offered cold water after a long ride in the heat, showing thoughtfulness. However, the mattresses felt quite firm, which could be uncomfortable for some. I also encountered an issue when the cleaner knocked on my door quite early, around 8:30 AM. Thankfully, the door stopper was in place, but that morning interruption was not ideal. Overall, the amenities here are solid, but they could improve on timing staff interactions to enhance guest comfort.

I had a lovely stay here. The facility is brand new and very clean with beautiful decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the charging stations available at both desks. The breakfast staff were cheerful, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.

We had a comfy stay with a spacious room and a nice flat-screen TV to keep the kids entertained. The hotel staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Having several dining options nearby was a plus too!

My kids wished for better access to some fun activities in the area.

close to parks and attractions for an enjoyable weekend

I had a wonderful stay with a very clean and comfortable hotel, and the nearby Grange Park was a great spot to explore and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

i had a wonderful stay at hampton inn. the hotel was incredibly clean, and the room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness. the staff were attentive, and the breakfast had great options, especially the meatless omelet.

The employees were fantastic! especially the breakfast ladies who went out of their way to make a meatless omelet for my friend who can’t do meat.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but I guess you pay for quality.
